Above-Floor summary specification                      Vacuum beneath floor mounted server racks and COMs cabinets vacuum floor surfaces (contaminate removal to 0.03 Microns)

Wipe, clean, vacuum, dust high level infrastructure, light fittings and mechanical services, mop application to floor with neutral detergent, apply Tech-clean to surfaces and mop to completion

Where necessary, we use scouring pads and neutral degreasing agents to remove scuff and traffic marks, damp mop floor surfaces and hand buff to completion

Apply Tech-clean solution to server racks and COMs cabinet externals, clean and polish glass to all doors and flight deck windows (Internal cabinet cleaning subject to specification)

Inspect works, complete site technical inspection report, hand over room to clients representative

Sub-Floor summary specification                            Remove loose furniture, ect, remove  tiles in sequence, identify position, restrict tile removal to (10) at each cleaning run cycle

Vacuum sub- floor area, wipe sub floor surfaces, supports and cables wipe down all surfaces using Tech-clean anti static solution and ensure, alarms, cables and connections remain undisturbed

Wipe sub-floor area, stringers, channels, guides, cable trays, clean and wipe sides and beneath each individual floor panel, cable trays and floor risers, all floor grills and vents  to be hand cleaned and free of grease

When completed, replace tiles to original position, return vents and grill settings to original AC balance setting

Inspect works, complete site technical inspection report, hand over room to clients site representative
