Log your service call using our “on-line” facility, your request will be directed to our help desk within minutes of your completing the form located on our “HELP DESK” page. The system will generate a return ETA for our service technician to be at your site (within a 2 hour time frame), alternatively you can call our National service line on 1300 88 55 20 and consult with our service dept for advice on the nature of the printer fault. ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS We have had extensive experience in providing low cost Insurance and Maintenance Contracts for all brands of Corporate Laser printers. Before you contract or extend your service agreement with your existing provider you are advised to seek a competitive obligation free survey and quotation. All parts used are genuine OEM and sourced through our National distributors at wholesale rates. These savings are passed on to our clients, helping to provide the cost savings associated with our service
OUR CHARGES Our service fee is $88.00 for Mono, $120.00 for Colour printers, the charge is a once only service charge, with no travel, return installation charge or hourly rate added. Additional printers requiring service during the same visit are charged at $66.00. Service carries an unconditional parts / labour warranty of 3 months
CONDITIONS OF SERVICE In most cases we are able to respond to your service request within 4 hours, we guarantee same day service within the Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metropolitan areas. Regional or Country areas may require that service be provided the next business day following your service request
Warranty provisions quoted in our service details exclude damage caused by user negligence, fire, water damage or the use of non compliant toner cartridges or paper stock.
All prices quoted and invoices presented for payment are ex GST and due and payable within 14 days
